If you are unsure about whether a paid video consultation is right for you, then please book a free 10 minute triage consultation. During this consultation, one of our Podiatrists will advice whether or not we can help with your issue over an online consultation.
If we think we can help, then you will be invited to book a separate paid online consultation.
Please note that no treatment or advice will be offered during this triage consultation.
Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, we have recently started to offer online, video consultations using a secure, encrypted service that has very good call quality.
Although this does not replace a good clinical examination, we can gather most of the information we require to successfully treat your issue via a thorough history taking.
We will then send you the required rehabilitation exercises via our digital system. This system will send you video and written instructions on how to perform your rehab exercises, as well as how many reps and sets you should complete- it couldn't be simpler.
And the best bit, is you can do it, risk free, from the comfort of your own home.
A follow-up appointment for any clients that have previously been assessed by one of our Podiatrists in the clinic or online.
