Meet the Team

Alastair Dall

Alastair Dall BSc PGDip MRCPod MFPM RCPSG

Director and MSK/Sports Podiatrist

I take great satisfaction in helping patients achieve their goals, whether that means walking more comfortably day to day or returning to sport after injury.

I work with athletes of all levels — from novice runners to elite professional sportsmen and women — and have extensive experience supporting Sport Scotland–funded athletes, PGA Tour golfers, and professional rugby and football players.

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in the Theory of Podiatric Surgery from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, and in 2017 was admitted as a Member of the Faculty of Podiatric Medicine at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow. These qualifications support a strong clinical focus on accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, and safe return to performance.

Outside of clinical practice, I enjoy travelling, cooking, and training in the gym. Sport has always played a central role in my life, having previously played rugby for Perthshire Heriot’s RFC, which helps me relate closely to the physical demands faced by active patients.

Genna Dall BSc MSc MRCPod

Director and Podiatrist

My passion in podiatry is helping patients find comfort with their feet again, particularly when they’re dealing with acutely painful problems such as ingrown toenails.

I graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Podiatry from Queen Margaret University in 2001 and have over two decades of experience working across a range of NHS and private clinical roles. This background has given me extensive experience managing both routine and complex foot problems.

Alongside my clinical work, I completed an MSc in Healthcare Management in 2007 through the NHS graduate trainee scheme, giving me a strong understanding of patient-centred care, clinical governance, and service quality.

I joined Footcare Scotland in 2019 in a clinical role, having been involved behind the scenes since its inception, and I’m proud to be part of a practice known for high clinical standards and excellent patient care.  Outside the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my two young children, horse riding, and keeping active at the gym.

Bruno Pereira BSc (Hons) MCPod HCPC Reg.

Podiatrist

Helping patients feel more comfortable on their feet and improving mobility is central to my approach to podiatry.

I graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Podiatry from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, and also hold a Diploma in Sports Therapy. Before joining the Footcare Scotland team, I worked in private practice as a Sports Therapist, gaining valuable experience treating active individuals and athletes, including holding a scholarship with St Johnstone FC.

This combined background allows me to take a practical, movement-focused approach to foot and lower limb problems, helping patients return to everyday activities and sport with confidence.  Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family and staying active through cycling, football, and spin classes.

Oisin McBride

Oisin McBride BSc (Hons) MCPod HCPC Reg.

Podiatrist

Finding the right approach for each individual patient is what drives my passion for podiatry. I place strong emphasis on personalised care, taking the time at every appointment to listen carefully, understand each patient’s concerns, and ensure treatment is tailored to their specific needs, goals, and lifestyle.

Originally from Ireland and now based in Scotland, I studied at Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, where I achieved a BSc (Hons) degree in Podiatry.

I have since gained valuable experience working within the NHS, allowing me to develop strong clinical skills and confidence in managing a wide range of foot and lower limb conditions across diverse patient groups.

Outside the clinic, I enjoy staying active — whether that’s training in the gym, getting outdoors, or exploring the many beautiful sites Scotland has to offer.
